Car worries lifted.............huzzah.........!! Should I fix it (15 yrs old) - should I sell it.....have no car - buy small car -----------now have my beautiful forest green Jeep back and it actually can back up........yay............shout out to Matt and Car Nerds.............!! 1/2 the cost of another quote and uber efficient and trusted.......now if only they did cat repairs.... life would be perfecto........!!!

It was good, they got a few things done in one day and it was ready right when they said it would. I will go back.

I was referred to The Car Nerds by several people in my nextdoor app so I thought I would check them out. My 2004 Pruis had an error code indicating my 3-way heater/coolant control valve was going bad. Matt was extremely nice upon my arrival and had a technician looking at my car within a few mins. After they confirmed the diagnosis, Matt said he'd be able to get my car back to me in two to three days. Later that day I received a call saying the service was completed. Matt was able to move me into a different slot that opened up later that afternoon. I was grateful and picked up my car the following morning. This was my first experience with The Car Nerds and I'll definitely be going back! Great service, and fast!

The team here is just solid. They’re clear and consistent in communication - what’s needed, what’s recommended and when maintenance should be done. They went above and beyond to research used parts for my car that aren’t available aftermarket, and were upfront about having an issue with resetting my tire pressure light (it’s tricky!) Every person I interacted with was polite, efficient and professional.

These guys are amazing! They recently (August 2020) saved me at a crucial moment and I would have been out thousands of dollars if they hadn't. They were able to support me during my crisis AND fix the car so quickly! I can't say enough about Car Nerds and I've been a customer since they opened!

Car Nerds was incredibly professional and understanding when bringing in my old Prius with a lot of problems. They were patient while I weighed out my options, and helpful in deciding what absolutely needed to be done vs. what could wait. They also had my car ready to go two days earlier than anticipated and checked in with me daily for updates. I Will use them for all my car needs going forward!

Pleasant people who did a complete and fast job on my 2012 Prius. I was tired of getting upsold at the Toyota dealership in SM, so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did.
