I've been a loyal dealership service center customer for 20 years, and I will admit that I've never felt cheated. However, after receiving a surprising and expensive dealership estimate for an Air Conditioning fix (along with a slew of other recommended fixes) on a well-taken-care-of car with less than 40,000 miles, I decided to search for a second opinion. I found Car Nerds after an extensive Google search and a few phone calls to various mechanics. I landed at Car Nerds and was met with the honest expertise of Matt and his team. I was told how they diagnosed the situation and that one of the alleged problems the dealership was trying to resolve was not in fact needing to be fixed. Car Nerds may have saved me almost $3000! By the looks of their crowded lot, they have lots of business. My guess is they do so well because they lead with integrity.
