Car Nerds in Santa Monica did an incredible job diagnosing and fixing a frustrating electrical issue on my 2020 Audi Q3. What started as a windshield wiper malfunction turned out to be rodent damage to the wiring harness, which can be really tricky to fully track down. The team kept digging even after an initial wire repair didn't fully solve it, methodically working through the electrical system until they resolved the problem. What impressed me most was their honesty on pricing. The initial estimate ended up being far below the actual amount of diagnostic work and labor required, but they still honored that original quote. That kind of integrity is hard to find in an auto repair shop / mechanic. I will continue going for my car service and future car repairs and highly recommend them.
