The team there are lways looking or cost-effective solutions and go out of thier way to do this. I trust them a lot - this is rare in automotive servicing. FOr example I was using only authorized Dodge servicing for my Challenger but after a series of bad and extortionately priced experiences I switched to Car Nerds as they are close to my office and have a history of working with our Red Bull fleet cars.

Fantastic repair experience. These guys are the real deal. I was certain I had a major transmission problem but the checking and rechecking CarNerds did proved it was a pretty simple fix. Dropped the car off early morning and it was fixed and ready to go just after lunch time. Very reasonable charges for what they did. These guys will be my “go to” resource long into the future.

After experiencing an issue that prevented me from making calls through my Lexus, I took the car to the dealership and left it there for an entire day. They recommended replacing the DCM system at a cost of approximately $2,300. I took my car to Car Nerds this morning, and within two hours, they called to let me know that the issue had been resolved—without replacing the DCM. All they had to do was disconnect the negative battery cable and reboot the system. That was it! I paid only $98, saving me more than $2,100! I’ll definitely return to Car Nerds for regular maintenance and other services. Thank you, Car Nerds, for saving me so much time and money!
