They never do more than what's necessary! I say "please change my air filter and change the transmission fluid" and instead of just doing what I'm already willing to pay for, the guys at Car Nerds come back with "your air filter doesn't need to be changed yet and your transmission fluid is long-life, so we didn't charge for those." I trust them!

unless you are still under warranty DO NOT take your car to the dealer. our family takes all 3 of our cars to car nerds and they ALWAYS beat the dealer's price. usually by hundreds, and in one case, THOUSANDS of dollars. car nerds has also told me (more than once) that i did not need work the dealer said i needed. car nerds is extremely knowledgeable, professional, reasonable honest and cool. you are safe doing business with them.

As always CarNerds totally rocked it today! I originally went there because I thought I needed brakes. I did not! And they let me know that my brakes work great. I would imagine that any other repair place would have just replace my brakes and charge me a lot of money! They always go over and above. Kevin was amazing and let me know that my filters were a little bit dirty and if I wanted to replace them. He let me know that it was not urgent. Just the fact that he was so casual about it made me have my filters replaced! They are not pushy at all and their prices are on believable! I just love them !!!!
