We've been coming to Car Nerds for over six years. They performed a brake job and exhaust system repair on our 2007 Prius without issue. Recently, we took our son's Toyota Tacoma in to diagnose A/C that wasn't blowing cold air. They took us first thing on Dec 30 and quickly diagnosed a worn condenser hose that was leaking the refrigerant. They ordered the part and it wasn't due to arrive until Monday, Jan 4. Unfortunately, our son was heading back to college on Jan 2. Ronnie was great and was able to expedite the part delivery for the next morning. They replaced the hose and recharged the system on New Year's Eve day and we picked up the truck that afternoon. Excellent, personal service.
