I have been a loyal and very satisfied customer of Car Nerds since its opening 10 years ago. As the one responsible for overseeing the service on 5 Toyotas in my family, I feel very fortunate to have Car Nerds as an alternative to the impersonal attitude and higher costs of Toyota dealerships. While everything was not fixed on the first go-round, the team made sure that every step of the way I was informed and they worked very hard to solve every after affect.
