First time at Car Nerds and was greeted well by Rony. He took great care of my needs and provided alternative solutions to some of the problems faced by my Toyota Camry. Work was fast and clean. Car Nerds is the perfect alternative to Santa Monica Lexus or Toyota. The owner used to be the service manager at Santa Monica Toyota. And the mechanics are Master Techs from Toyota and Lexus dealerships. I drove my mom's Lexus into the shop and the Master Tech was able to diagnose the car's problem immediately without me saying a word. And the price to fix it was fair. The Lexus dealer wanted almost triple to do the fix. I used to take my family's cars to Crown but Car Nerds is more convenient because of its proximity especially given Westside traffic so I decided to give them a try. I will definitely be back here if something goes wrong again.They are honest and cool guys. They fix all brands of cars and if you have a Toyota or Lexus there is no reason to go anywhere else. It seems like they even know how to repair your Prius because half of the cars there were hybrid. Not every shop is skilled at hybrid cars so this place is a gem for the scores of Prius owners in the area.

Just took my Prius in for some services and these guys were top notch: honest, fast and affordable. I will be going here exclusively from now on!

I needed my transmission rebuilt on my C320 MBZ. I called around and got prices anywhere from $2500 to $4500 which I found to be a huge difference for the same repair. The people that were quoting me the higher numbers tried to convince me that my quote from Car Nerds ($2300 to $2700) was a lo ball and in the end they'll charge you more. I dealt with the owner Ronny, who never mislead me in any way shape or form. He rebuilt my transmission and did some other things that it needed and I walked out of there for $2675 exactly the ballpark he told me. My car is running better than ever. Not only is he a nice honest guy, his place is packed with customers and he's only been open for 9 months! In an industry like this, he is a unique find to say the least!!!CAR NERDS ROCKS!!!!!!

Car Nerds is awesome! I have now taken my car there 3 different times and I have been more than satisfied with the service. The owner, Rony, is very friendly and a straight-shooter who will give you a fair evaluation of your car and what it needs. Last Friday I called in the late morning stating that I was having an issue with my brakes. Rony told me to bring it in any time that day and they would be able to accommodate me. I dropped it off around 12:30pm, and my car was evaluated and received a full major service/oil change and new front brakes and rotors by 5pm. And all for probably half the amount I would have paid at a Toyota dealership. I will be telling all my friends to get their car serviced at Car Nerds. And as someone who knows nothing about cars and has felt like other auto repair shops were taking advantage of her lack of knowledge, I completely trust the service and expertise that is given at Car Nerds.

If I could explain Car Nerds in one word - Honest!Rony the owner is honest and straight forward. His team is friendly and approachable unlike a lot of other shops. I had a issue with my dual climate control AC on my Tahoe and 4 repair shops had no clue. Rony and his team knew what was wrong and fixed it, and at a very decent price too.I drop my car off not worrying about being ripped off.

If you are looking for a place that you can trust and not have somebody trying to get you to repair what is not broken, this place is for YOU! Rony is the owner and is very honest and trustworthy. He offer the best service for the best price out there!
