If there were more Car Nerds the world would be a better place. I kid you not. I have visited the Car Nerds three times in the past two months for various types of help and support. Initially, I went to them for advice on selling my car. The employees were SO knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and kind that I returned to get support with my stereo. On this occasion, they helped me figure out how to connect my iPod in my car which I've not been able to figure out since I got the car in 2009. Then yesterday, I returned again when one of the scary 'get help immediately' indicators lit up on my dashboard. When I showed up, they stopped what they were doing and tended to my car immediately and with smiles. Not only do these guys KNOW THEIR STUFF, but they are kind, cool and understand the importance of customer service.I cannot recommend them more highly. And, I am hard to please!If any investors are reading this...here is your golden ticket. This business is incredible. I for one, will be returning next week for my oil change. Thanks Car Nerds!
