I had Car Nerds inspect a used car I was buying from a local Santa Monica dealership. I called Car Nerds and spoke with Ronnie on a Thursday and made an appointment for Friday morning. On Friday morning, I received a text message reminder about the appointment, which I thought was a nice touch. When I arrived, Ronnie had my car into a service bay within 10 minutes. Once there, the mechanic did a thorough inspection of the car's systems, and even ran full diagnostics with the OBD reader. When the inspection was done, the pointed out a couple of small issues, but nothing that was a "show stopper." All-in-all, a very good experience!
