I've always been wary of the knowledge imbalance between myself and mechanics -- I struggle to trust that they're not overcharging me or recommending unneeded repairs. But I trust Car Nerds 100 percent -- they explain what's going on (even sometimes offering to show me!) clearly and fully. I bring my car here for everything I need.
