I was really happy with the service I got. The associate I worked with walked me through the recommended fixes. I appreciated their patience while they explained why the repairs were needed.

The authorized dealer repair shop told me that I needed $3200 of repairs and I wanted to get a second opinion. Matt at Car Nerds checked it out and said the car was fine and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. I'm going to take my car there in the future for service.
