Car Nerds is the perfect alternative to Santa Monica Lexus or Toyota. The owner used to be the service manager at Santa Monica Toyota. And the mechanics are Master Techs from Toyota and Lexus dealerships. I drove my mom's Lexus into the shop and the Master Tech was able to diagnose the car's problem immediately without me saying a word. And the price to fix it was fair. The Lexus dealer wanted almost triple to do the fix. I used to take my family's cars to Crown but Car Nerds is more convenient because of its proximity especially given Westside traffic so I decided to give them a try. I will definitely be back here if something goes wrong again.They are honest and cool guys. They fix all brands of cars and if you have a Toyota or Lexus there is no reason to go anywhere else. It seems like they even know how to repair your Prius because half of the cars there were hybrid. Not every shop is skilled at hybrid cars so this place is a gem for the scores of Prius owners in the area.

Just took my Prius in for some services and these guys were top notch: honest, fast and affordable. I will be going here exclusively from now on!
