Car Nerds is the best. Once you've experienced the awesome service at this shop, you'll immediately know why their ratings on Yelp and other sites are so great. Rony is very understanding of a vehicle's needs and promptly sets expectations from the very beginning.All the guys here are very receptive to questions/concerns, especially if (like in my case) you are looking for more detailed information about a problem or inquiring about preventative maintenance. Also, if you're in a rush, be sure to set up an appointment and they will take care of you when you get there.It's a serious relief to know I have a place to take my ride as long as I'm in the neighborhood.

Third time here, and you know that feeling when you know you won't get ripped off, when the work you came to have done will be done, when you are a valued customer and your requests are being heard? You know that feeling? Well it's abundant here. Rony is a big Boss and he'll take care of you. But if abuse is your thing I have a guy.

Carnerds is awesome. After my local jeep dealer shut down i was having trouble finding anyone I trusted. Not any more. Carnerds is trustworthy and super good at what they do. Right on.

These guys are so nice and honest I would recommend them to anyone. They have helped me twice free of charge when the other places on pico were trying to rip me off by charging hundreds of dollars. I got yelp just because I wanted to give these guys an amazing review!

Awesome service! I brought my Jetta in because I scratched the bumper and was looking for a paint touch-up before I sell it. They took a look and let me know they scratch would probably buff out, and did it for me for free! I was surprised and impressed by their honest service and plan to take my vehicles to them in the future for larger repairs.

Professional and a good value. They made me a priority when I came in for service. I needed to change my transmission fluid and the owner Rony didn't give me the dreaded "we also found..." for anything else. He seemed trustworthy, knowledgeable and gave the same attention and great service to everyone I saw while I was there. He gave my car a good once over, changed the fluid and was out. I will be back as I need more work done and later.

Incredible service! Rony is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and competent. After first finding out the outrageous price I would be charged at the dealership, I asked friends to recommend a shop. Rony was very highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He explained what the service would entail and gave me a very competitive price. He even told me about a coupon that I could use because I'm a Santa Monica resident. The people working at Car Nerds are certified and used to work at dealerships, so they really know their stuff. The service was performed on my car and it was ready at the estimated time I had been given. The customer service I was given by everyone at the shop was amazing. I highly recommend this place and have told all my friends about it.
