I needed my 2007 Prius' water pump replaced. Dealer wanted over $500. Found Car Nerds on Yelp. Pros: Rony, Martin, and staff are accessible and pleasant; ex-Toyota technicians - know their hybrids; estimate for time and cost were dead on - no extras for fluids, belts, all those little costs that add up - verbal estimate is what it cost. Cons: none. Highly Recommend!!

Took my hybrid in last week and the whole experience was smooth and anxiety free. Usually when I take my car in for a service, I half expect a call from the mechanic about something else that needs fixing etc., but not with these guys. They never tried to upsell me on anything! My Toyota Prius needed it's usual maintenance, and Marlon did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about him, he's my go to person for the car. He helps even when I'm on the road and suddenly can't get the window to unlock.
